This machine is used for quantitative carbon loading of gas mask
filter carbon case, ultrasonic welding of upper lid PET sheet and
bottom case assembly. It adopts 3-conveyors with multi-station
one-out-one design; ultrasonic welding of bottom case and PET sheet
assembly, lid and bottom case Assembly of PET sheet, ultrasonic
welding. Assembly of lid and bottom case. Carbon loading and
ultrasonic welding.
Process is:
1. Automatic vibrating hopper feeding;
2. The automatic manipulator grip and feeds the material to the
conveyor fixture.
3. The bottom case is automatically loaded and assembled with PET
sheet.
4. Ultrasonic welding.
5. The manipulator(gripper) transfers the bottom case to another
conveyor fixture.
6. Automatic carbon loading,
7. Automatic pressure leveling(even carbon) ,
8. Automatically install the lid,
9. The upper lid is automatically fed.
10 Bottom case PET sheet automatic feeding and assembly.
11. Ultrasonic welding.
12. The manipulator transfers the upper lid to another conveyor
fixture and assembles the bottom case.

15. Manually introduce the carbon into the large-capacity stainless
steel hopper, and the quantitative cup automatically pushes out the
carbon in a straight line. The pneumatic vibrator is used to ensure
