The-whole machine consists of the material rack part, the upper
nose line part, ultrasonic edge banding 1 , spray letter and LOGO
two sets, automatic sponge nose foam sticking, edge folding,primary
trimming, ultrasonic edge banding 2,head band installation,
secondary trimming, finished product blanking, Non-material product
detection, automatic packaging,servo motor, ultrasonic welding
technology tocomplete production.

This machine is composed of the main body and loop welding machine.
The main body forms the mask sheet, which is transferred to the
loop welding machine by turning over for welding, so as to realize
the production of the mask. The high-speed production of the small
loop welding machine is fully automated, without manual operation,
so as to improve efficiency , the output up to 160pcs/min.
